3. Customized Items & Accuracy of Information
For personalized products (including but not limited to Custom Pet ID Tags):

You are solely responsible for providing accurate engraving details (names, phone numbers, symbols) at the time of purchase.

We will produce the item exactly as submitted. We are not liable for any spelling or numerical errors made by the customer. Customized items are non-refundable once production begins.

4. Shipping & Delivery Liabilities

While we ensure all items are packed securely in our signature packaging, shipping delivery timelines are estimates provided by third-party logistics.

Muse Mo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, holiday bottlenecks, or incorrect address information provided by the buyer.

5. Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or billing address provided at the time the order was made.
