Thank you for choosing Muse Mo. We are dedicated to delivering our mysterious, high-quality pieces to souls all around the world. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
For Customized Items (e.g., Personalized Pet ID Tags): Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for tracking and engraving before dispatch.
You will receive another notification with tracking details when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Time
We offer trackable shipping options globally. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:
Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days (Free on orders over $50.00 USD)
Priority/Express Shipping: 5-9 business days
Please note: Estimated delivery times are guidelines provided by our logistics partners and are not 100% guaranteed, especially during peak holiday seasons or severe weather.
3. International Shipping & Customs Duties
We ship to most major countries worldwide (including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and European countries).
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Muse Mo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
You can track your package anytime via our official tracking partner link provided in the email or through global tracking platforms like 17track.net.
5. Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fees.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Muse Mo is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier logs the package as "Delivered." If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your local post office (USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, etc.) or neighbors first before contacting our support.
